    The service I received was beyond excellent . Patrick and Kevin are wonderful. Patrick kept in touch with me through the process letting me know who was going to be helping me and following up with his schedule and making sure he arrive. Kevin, my technician went above and beyond to repair my grill. He was very nice and polite and made sure I understood what was wrong and what he was doing to repair it. Very grateful for wonderful service. Will be calling them for all our appliance repairs.

    What a great company! I called Mr. Appliance of Littleton on a Tuesday because of some concerning scaping noises coming from our clothes dryer. I spoke with Valerie and she said that she could have Bryan come out the next day. She also very clearly explained (in a very friendly way) how their service fees work. The next day Bryan arrived right on time. He worked very efficiently and diagnosed the problem much more quickly than I expected. He provided me with a quotation that was reasonable, which I accepted. They ordered the parts and Bryan came back out on Friday to complete the repairs. He again efficiently completed the work and the scraping noise was gone. I was very impressed with both Valerie and Bryan and will definitely contact them again if we need an appliance repair. I highly recommend them.
