    “We needed to fix a dishwasher and called Mr. Appliance. The appointment was booked quickly. We were given a 2-hour window, and they even sent us a photo of the technician. The technician showed up promptly on time. He was just superb: knowledgeable, intelligent, experienced, highly skillful, very polite, and was able to not only diagnose the problem, but also explain everything to us. He then ordered the necessary part and came over again to install it. The dishwasher now works great, and we got a 1-year warranty for this repair. The cost was very reasonable and fair. We completely trust this great technician and this company. Moreover, we went ahead with them for repair of another appliance, which would be much cheaper than buying a new unit. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance of West Central IN and Tim, the great technician.”
