“******I am updating my review to change it from a one star to five star. Mr. Appliance did respond to my original review and leaned-in to get our refrigerator fixed. It did end up taking several visits and two repairs, but once they determined the source of the problem they worked with sub zero to get the correct parts and sent over experienced technicians to make the repair. ***** Mr appliance was the service provider given to us by Sub Zero to fix a fridge that was purchased only six months ago. We are disappointed in the service. I don’t have a lot of confidence that Mr appliance actually knows what is wrong with our refrigerator. It’s been a week since we originally called and we are no closer to have a working refrigerator than we were the day it broke. We’ve had two service people out to the house and ow they are telling us we have to wait another three days for a third person to come and assess the situation. Also, you literally can’t talk to anyone other than an operator when you call them - it’s frustrating to have someone answer the phone, rush to end the call, and then have to wait for a call back. If you are working when they call and miss them…you have to call back thru the operator and wait again for the callback.”
