“Mr. Appliance of Hoboken is remarkably easy to work with. They are great with appointment communications, including arrival times. And most importantly, they are great at what they do (fast and efficient). I also appreciated their transparency with my options (e.g. fix vs buy new). I am a fan of maintaining older equipment; less landfill, so when I had my dryer parts replaced, I didn’t have to buy something new, even though the price was nearly the same as a new unit. I appreciated that choice without being misdirected to pay more.”
