“Wow! I emailed Mr. Appliance first thing in the morning when my Whirlpool washing machine was stopping and posting codes. Mr. Appliance called me as soon as they opened and scheduled a service call for the same day! Eric arrived as scheduled, evaluated the washer and has a solution ASAP! The next day, he has the part needed and got the machine up and running in good time! Thank you for your prompt attention to my request and for fixing the washer accurately so I could get all of my piled up laundry completed!”

“Here’s a story you don’t hear often. I had dishwasher that was leaking water from the bottom. It was a total of five visits with two different techs, trying to figure out what the problem was. The problem couldn’t be identified and most likely due to a crack in the dishwasher itself however, during the whole situation, the techs were very professional. The owner reached out and discussed what the next steps were about being able to fix the issue itself. He refunded the money that was spent trying to fix it and was very kind throughout it all. They definitely live up to their warranty when fixing an issue. In the future, they will be my number one option with any other problems that arise in the future.”
