    “I am beyond pleased with the effort, customer service, and communication I have received from this company. Starting from the office personnel Debbie and Samantha to the field technician Shannon G. The whole team worked tirelessly to get my KitchenAid panel ready fridge working. Shannon came out multiple times himself and even brought in another Technician to see if he has missed something. At the end it was determined that the electrical short in the fridge is not repairable. I will get a substantial refund. In a time where it is very hard to find an honest company you can rely on for home repairs, Mr. Appliance of Greater St. Louis focused on my needs and went above and beyond for our needs. I will call Mr. Appliance for any and all appliance repairs going forward. THANK YOU.”

    “Mr Appliance was able to have a tech out quickly to diagnose my dishwasher issue. Don arrived on time and was quick to figure out what the issue was. Don was professional, focused and friendly. Parts had to be ordered but that only took a few days. Don was back and completed the job, no more leaking dishwasher. I’ve added Mr Appliance to my contacts, if needed I will contact them in a heartbeat.”
