I called regarding an LG fridge having some issues and they warned me about how some stuff for LG cant be repaired due to manufacturing etc. instead recommended I called LG and i did. Their warning also saved us from having another company come and charge us for a fee to check fridge and then inform us they can’t fix it. Thank you for the honesty.”
