He was on time, very professional, and fixed the issue right for a little more than everyone else charges just to pull in the driveway.     “Hands down, the best service! I put a request for service in online, got an appointment for exactly when I requested. Rich arrived a little early, (always better than late, in my opinion) had a roll out rug with shoe protectors with him (highly appreciated). He was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. All in all, he reported our 12+yr old GE fridge didn't need much other than the fan needed a good cleaning (which he did) and our freezer was way too full. He gave us alot of very useful info that we had never been advised of. Unfortunately, in this day and age - it isn't often that you find a "good/honest repair guy." We did today! Rich A is certainly an asset to your company Mr. Appliance. Thank you!”
