I took a picture of my stove and manufacturer’s info so he could order the part. They sent him the wrong part. Instead of telling me I had to wait he found a way to fix my original igniter. “Terry took great care of me and my family, arriving on time and happy to help us figure out our laundry dryer issue. Not only that, he called many hours before his scheduled appointment time and generously offered a much earlier timeframe, due to an opening he had available. Unfortunately for us both, my work schedule kept us from making the accommodation, but it was appreciated nonetheless. Once he arrived, he made quick work of my appliance and diagnosed the issue almost immediately. After 30 short minutes he had it up and running, during which I learned a great deal about the state of my dryer and further things to keep an eye on. He even helped me clean up the mess I made from trying to figure out the problem myself. His repair quote was very reasonable and knocked off an additional charge for a fuse he put in during his diagnostic process. Terry was kind, friendly, and professional.
