“Dishwasher issue right before Thanksgiving. They are a Bosch certified repair shop. Called, scheduled for next day. Scott was on time, very professional and competent. Once issue was addressed, he stayed to start a cycle and waited a while to be sure all was ok. Would definitely recommend them.”

“The igniter on my stove was going bad. I called around to see how much a replacement would be and the prices were outrageous. Once I got a quote here with Andrew I immediately hired him. I took a picture of my stove and manufacturer’s info so he could order the part. They sent him the wrong part. Instead of telling me I had to wait he found a way to fix my original igniter. It’s been working perfectly ever since. THANK YOU ANDREW!!! I will call you for my other applicances 100%”

“Terry took great care of me and my family, arriving on time and happy to help us figure out our laundry dryer issue. Not only that, he called many hours before his scheduled appointment time and generously offered a much earlier timeframe, due to an opening he had available. Unfortunately for us both, my work schedule kept us from making the accommodation, but it was appreciated nonetheless. Once he arrived, he made quick work of my appliance and diagnosed the issue almost immediately. After 30 short minutes he had it up and running, during which I learned a great deal about the state of my dryer and further things to keep an eye on. He even helped me clean up the mess I made from trying to figure out the problem myself. His repair quote was very reasonable and knocked off an additional charge for a fuse he put in during his diagnostic process. Terry was kind, friendly, and professional. I can't recommend him or Mr. Appliance enough. Thank you for everything!”
