“Junior was my technician and he did a fantastic job. Even willing to work when it was 17°!!!! He has such knowledge, confidence and ability to communicate with the customer. And do a perfect job. I was even able to trust him to go into my place without my being there. Since it was 17°, I got to stay in a warm place while he worked in the freezing temp. I am so thankful that I started using Mr. Appliance. I had first called a company that didn’t have any idea what was wrong with the heating system, they worked for three hours and never got it working. Then I called a reputable company, I think Mr Appliance is rated top in Austin. Within 20 minutes of his arrival, Junior had diagnosed the problem. The right solution to fix it quickly. Junior deserves a really big raise! I am happy to recommend this company. And I’m sure if you use them you will be happy too!”
