“Travis was friendly and professional. He went right to work, diagnosed the problem with my wash machine, and was able to fix it on the spot. I am happy my wash machine is fixed and it didn’t cost a fortune. Also, as a veteran, I asked Travis if Mr Appliance provides a military discount. He responded yes, and I am grateful Mr Appliance affords a repair discount for their services to veterans.Thank you Mr Appliance and Travis for a job well done. “The ownership was very into my issue, and my need to have my refrigerator looked at. There was a cancellation from a different customer, and I was immediately put into that slot and got took care of. The technician was very thorough, very professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I was very happy and pleased with the whole situation.”

“Had a refrigerator problem. The eggs were reading about 62°f so something was broken. Called up Mr Appliance and the main problem was a dirty clogged coil behind fridge which was luckily an easy fix. After a cleaning,it works again.”
