He had a smile & was very professional determining that the electronic component that was malfunctioning quickly. He advised me on how to make the replacement component last longer & gave me a military retiree discount. Although I am an Air Force retiree he gave me the discount 😆. Jack is a Navy retiree. “Call Mr. Appliance. of Tacoma first! I highly recomemd them!!! Tanya took my call on a Sat. My apt was the first they had the following Friday. My Samsung dryer was getting worse and I was afraid to use it. I called Tanya back on Monday to get on the cancellation list. She said they rarely got cancels but she would let me know. They did get a cancelation and they moved me up to Tuesday. Regan came out, on time, fixed my dryer, for less than 1/2 of what a new Samsung dryer would cost. I am thrilled! Regan was professional and knowledgable and fixed it while he was here. He had the parts with him. He was polite, friendly, clean; he even put a mat on the floor at the door. He figured it out, ordered the parts and it works like new again. He was prompt and called ahead with more specific arrival time on days of service. It was easy to get appointments that matched my availability.
