“Our fridge went out on a Thursday night and after calling LG first, I decided to find a local repair tech rather than LG send one. I called Friday morning and the lady that answered was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Not only did she get me set up for a Monday repair, she offered to have them take care of the claim with LG and saved me the time and hassle of lining everything up with LG and getting a part shipped etc. On Monday, I was called with an accurate arrival time and the technician went right to work and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. The price was exactly what they estimated on the first phone call with no adders or extras. We had some bad experiences with getting our washing machine repaired through a different service a couple of years ago and it was refreshing to be able to work with a company that just treats you well and is able to do what they say they will do. I would recommend to anyone in my area and will use Mr. Appliance SW again if the need arises on another appliance. Great people and great service!”

“I called shortly after they opened, my fridge went out through the night. Alita, the woman who answered was amazing! She was so nice, professional and very personable! With my being flexible with timing she was able to have someone come out between 2-4. She called at 3:30 to let me know they’d be about a half hour late, they were finishing up their call and were across town. The serviceman was polite and professional and was able to fix the issue within an hour. I will def call the next time I have any appliance issue. Thank you! You are very much appreciated!!”

“The person on the phone was very nice. She let me know when the service man would be here and he was on time. He did a good job and instantly knew what the problem was. He had to order the part and came back out with it in a day or two. We have used this repair place before for our washer. Not the same person but he told us with the washer to buy a new one because to fix it would cost too much. Both of them were very honest and knowledgeable.”

Found an issue and fixed it. He did have to take a lot off the dryer so it did take about 2 hours to fix it. Charge for service wasn’t outrageous, so I would call again.”
