    “Aside from the initial answering service and having to wait a few days for a service visit, the gentleman they sent was very knowledgeable, pretty much knew what the issue was and had it fixed in short time. I'm the type that likes to watch and he was very good about that and answering questions. I don't often find myself complimenting service these days but this was a very good experience. Price was reasonable too.”

    “Mr. Appliance staff responded to my email within 24 hours (during the weekend) and scheduled an appointment for the following day (Monday) to assess my washing machine issue. The repairman was prompt, a great communicator and very courteous. He made great suggestions and didn't try to oversell. Unfortunately, the cost of repairs was more than a new washing machine and as a result, I have opted to replace my washer. The only downside is that their service call was expensive at $150 but if they do perform repair service the call charge is applied to the total bill. Most repair services charge $99 upfront. But I will definitely call them again if the need arises due to their quick turn around and professionalism. Thank you for your kind and very quick response.”
