“I was given Mr Appliance as a reference from another local appliance company that doesn’t work on Thermador products. I’m in Castle Pines and called two other locations before landing on the Parker location. (I’m impressed with the customer service of all locations to this point.) Mr Appliance (Parker) quickly got me on the schedule and sent Kelly out to service our refrigerator. I was told pricing upfront, and when additional parts were needed to be ordered, we only had to pay for the parts, the extra service call out was already in the original labor quote. Kelly was fast, efficient, and pleasant during the entire process. The cost was better than expected. We will definitely be reaching out to this location for any future appliance needs! Thank you.”

“I can't say enough good things about Mr. Appliance of Parker and their repair service!! I called on a Thursday about my washing machine needing repair and they could have gotten me an appointment the very next day. But I had to do a Monday appointment and Blaine was the service tech and he found out the issue right away. He was so nice and super helpful letting me know exactly what needed repaired. He was able to get the parts in and come back on Wednesday and it's working great again. Being new to Colorado it's great to have a company I know I can rely on now to call if I need something repaired again. Big Thanks to Mr. Appliance of Parker and Blaine, the wonderful tech :-) edit to add: On Tuesday my dryer stopped putting out heat so I called Mr. Appliance since they are our go to for problems like this. They gave me and appt for the next day!! Kelly came out and was able to fix the dryer with parts he had in the truck and I was so happy! He was so nice, explained everything and the price was great. I am a person who reads a ton of reviews before hiring someone and as you can see, Mr Appliance has amazing reviews for a reason! ☆☆☆☆☆”
