    “The person I spoke to about the appointment was helpful about procedure and willing to work with our situation. The tech was courteous and respectful of our animals and property. We had to wait for parts which meant waiting but I think that is standard these days. I would recommend the Owensboro location.”

    “I wish I could give more stars! The service call was above excellent. The appointment was regarding the water drainage of the washer of our stack dryer/washing machine. Josh, the repairman, did a detailed analysis and come to find out the issue was more to do with my lack of knowledge of how my machine operated and what to do to avoid future problems. The company who originally installed this unit should have given me this vital information but did not take the interest or the time to do so. Josh is very knowledgeable about the products he works on and is willing to help his customers. The service fee for his visit was very fair especially considering the time and effort he put into it. Everything is great with my machine and Mr. Appliance is now our only "go to" for appliance repair.”

    “Good business that knows the job when it comes to appliances & repair work! Kirk did a great job assisting us with replacing our ice maker in our fridge. Just know that it's $120 for the first appliance to be looked at & $60 for each after that. If you accept their quote and have them fix it, then that quote cost is applied to the repair cost. They're up front about this, but just an extra heads up.”

    “The technician Kirk was very professional, kind and from the first appt called to update on when he would be arriving (they give approx 2 hour window). Within 2 weeks (could have been sooner but my schedule didn’t allow) I had my service appt, parts ordered/received and repair complete. Would recommend 100%. Great company!”
