    “Mr. Appliance is THE place to call for SubZero and other high-end appliance repairs. We’ve been using them for at least two decades. When our SubZero icemaker stopped working last week, the company promptly dispatched a technician, Josh, who explained clearly what was wrong and why is was best to replace this 22 year old part (for the first time!). The new icemaker arrived within a week.”

    “Within 2 days of delivery, my new Sub Zero refrigerator’s interior water dispenser failed. Mr Appliance is one of 3 authorized sub zero providers in my area. Muhammad was assigned, came in 2 days and identified the non-functioning switch in very short time. He ordered the part through Sub Zero who had identified and sent the wrong part. Mohamed confirmed and reordered the correct part according to Sub Zero contact part number. He completed the repair within two days of the part’s arrival. Muhammad communicated several times to confirm each appointment and just before confirming his time of arrival. He was completely on time. He was meticulous to keep the work area clean & neat, and very considerate of items in the kitchen and the refrigerator shelves/lights and controls. I will happily request Muhammad for any future appliance repairs. He is well experienced, courteous, polite, and on time. Thank you from a happy customer.”
