    “My ice maker quit working. We called Mr Appliance of Mechanicsburg. They were very accommodating time wise and were very reasonably priced. Our technician was James. He figured out our problem and ordered our part. Very knowledgeable and a very kind, friendly man Marked their phone number into my phone hoping I won't need them again but if needed they will be my first call.”

    “Mr. Appliance responded back quickly to set up an appt. We received a text message with the service employees picture who would be performing the service for purpose of recognition. The service person was very knowledgeable and assessed the problem quickly. He provided an estimate of costs, which I deemed to be reasonable, and I provided my approval to proceed with the repair. The service person had the necessary repair items with him and performed the repair in just over an hour, which I deemed as very quickly. We paid the bill at the end, and the service person left to go to his next appt. We were very pleased with all aspects of our service by Mr. Appliance. We would highly recommend them for appliance repair service based upon our experience.”

    “The washing machine in my apartment was shaking and banging around violenty so my landlord arranged for a Mr Appliance technician to come out. Before the technician’s arrival I received text communication confirming the appointment and alerting that he was on the way. They sent a photo of him with the alert so I could confirm it was the correct person I was allowing into my home. That was a nice detail to include. The technician, James, arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed my issue. He returned the following week to repair the machine. The whole interaction with Mr. Appliance was super easy. James was friendly, personable and professional. He kept me informed of what he was doing to the machine and he fixed the machine in very little time. It is working just fine now and not bouncing around or sounding like a train is coming through the building anymore. I’m not sure exactly in the pricing because my landlord covered it. If I would need appliance repair again I would hope he uses this company.”
