We had a very good first experience with Mr. Appliance. As promised, they contacted us the day before to set a time window for their technician, and he was on time. We were getting an error code on our dryer, and they told us the name of technician who would be arriving, and a picture as well. He contacted us when he was on his way, which is a nice courtesy. Andy is skilled in customer service as well as appliance service, and he represents the company very well. The problem was likely some blockage in the dryer itself due to lint buildup, but also might be in the exhaust hose to the outside. The initial visit was $149, and we were told that when making the appointment. For $51 additional he would open up the dryer and vacuum out built-up lint that may have accumulated over the years, and we opted for that, to eliminate that as a problem. He did a very thorough job, but also we are going to have another company clean out the vent since lint buildup is a serious fire hazard. They aren't cheap, but with cheap you often get problems. For us the price was reasonable to have it done right.

Our subzero freezer was not working properly. We contacted another company with very good reviews. However to our disappointment the technician was not knowledgeable nor honest in his diagnostic. They ended up causing a lot of damage. We contacted Mr. APPLIANCE OF RANCHO CUCAMUNGA. After explaining the situation, they assured us that they will fix the problems which resulted in changing many components of the freezer. With their great care and knowledgeable technicians our subzero freezer is working once again. It took a few visits but all along the management was kind, responsible and understanding. Thanks again. You have made us customer for life. WE HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
