In today’s world that is a necessary feature, especially if I have to forward it to someone else in case I can’t be at home when the technician arrives. Marc was my technician and he was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. For payment, you get confirmation on the spot via a user code to prevent identity theft and future fraud.
