“I called Mr. Appliance after being treated quite rudely by another Service Repair business (did not return my call and then told me abruptly that they did not service any appliances made in the USA 😳). When contacting Mr. Appliance I was treated with efficiency and respect. They scheduled an appointment within a reasonable timeframe, and that appointment was confirmed with a four hour window via email. The evening before the appointment they confirmed a modified two-hour timeframe which freed up some time for me (so appreciated!). Andrew S. arrived on time (I had received a text that he was on his way) and he very efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem with my 20-year-old Maytag Neptune Dryer. Neither of us could believe that he had the parts required in his truck! I was exceedingly pleased with the level of service from this establishment as well as the price. They will have all of my appliance repair business going forward.”
