Booking an appointment was easy, and when Duane arrived on time, he quickly solved the problem. A new fan was ordered, and in two days Duane returned and repaired the refrigerator. The company does an excellent job in keeping the customer informed. I would definitely use the company again if needed.”

“The very best service company I have ever used! Very efficient from the original chat thru the completed repair. The service was done promptly and at a very reasonably charge ! Randy, the service technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in handling the situation. I have never had this quality service in the +60yrs of home ownership!! If I ever have a need for any service I will definitely call them first.”

“My appointment was from 9:30a to11:30am Stephen arrived at 9:35am which made me very happy, Stephen introduced himself he was very courteous and immediately hot to work. Stephen explained everything that he did and walked me thru each step of the way. He explained that the oven igniter is a common part that can go bad o er time. Stephen not only replaced the part but cleaned out the oven and also glued and tightened up one of the fuel light control knobs. I was completely satisfied with his work. My inside light bulb was burned out and Stephen had a bulb to replace mine, the only issue was price. Bulbs cost anywhere up to $6 dollars and for bulb replacement you guys charge $20. I thought that was too pricey for a simple screw in bulb. All in all great job and thumbs up. Sincerely Damon Dennard Southfield mi”

“Stephen was punctual, polite, professional, knowledgable and honest. He quickly identified issues with appliances, and in some cases where there ended up not being a problem, he told us that too. He did an excellent job fixing our dryer, dishwasher and gas cook top. Would 100% recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair!”

“We experienced an issue with our dryer no longer providing heat to our loads! Our technician Randy was amazing!!! He assessed the issue and was very transparent the entire time about the possible scenarios causing the issue. The fix resulted in two parts that needed to be replaced! He’s very knowledgeable and ensured that everything was resolved! He definitely turned our nightmare into a success story and I can’t thank him enough!”

Our tech Steve was extremely friendly and talented with our washing machine and dishwasher repairs! He was quick to diagnose and once he was done, he verified that no leaks or issues remained. “The technician - Stephen and other staff did an amazing job. I had a limited time window of availability that was met. They asked over the phone about my problem and had the needed parts with Stephen when he showed up. The technician was outstanding and took time to explain the problem how to correct it and to correct an additional loose paddle problem on my dryer, even thanking me for pointing out the paddle issue. Wow the price was fair and the work was superb.”
