He came out and quickly diagnosed our problem, ordered parts, and was amazing in the repair. He was on time, courteous, and he also took the time to ensure the machine was clean inside and out.     “Yesterday Alex with Mr Appliance of Sugar Land came and determined what was happening with our KitchenAid freestanding ice machine. He looked the machine over and then patiently watched it function through cycles before he determined our issue was the water valve. He quietly checked for availability of parts and let us know he found the part and would return today to install it. Alex just completed the work. He was very polite, informative, well versed on my appliance. He was very careful to clean up after the installation and left our home clean.
