    “The were here first dayI called very courteous and explained the problem and fact had to order part to fix it. Due to delivery not get in when they expected it to the next day were here and worked late getting it done but when left problem was fixed and we were satisfied.     “When I called Mr Appliance for an appointment, Reed was very professional, kind, and understanding. He offered to set up an appointment for the very next day, but I was unavailable. So I got an appointment for the following day. The day before my appointment I received a text with a two hour window for their arrival. The technician, Carrol, arrived on time, and did an awesome job! She was very capable, knowledgeable, , honest, kind, friendly, and was a very hard worker. I was very happy with the work Carrol did, and pleased with the amount of my bill. Carrol was amazing and I told her I would ask for her if I ever needed another appointment. Great job, Mr Appliance! I tried to review again but it said I already did. It that was a year or more ago. So I’m adding this: Sean Brewster was my technician and he did an amazing job. Sean was kind, friendly knowledgeable, trustworthy, always on time, and excellent at his job. He fixed my dryer and did an amazing job. If/when I need Mr Appliance again, I will ask for Sean again. I totally trust him and he is amazing! I also appreciate that I received a text each time telling me a window of time when Sean would arrive, and he was always on time. Thank you Mr Appliance and thank you Sean! 5 stars for sure!”

    “Sean showed up. We went in the basement,. I showed him what the washer was doing. He was telling me different things, and I said thank you, and came upstairs, to let him work. He found the problem, and also seen a belt that looked bad, and replaced that. He said he'd take it back off, if I didn't want it. I said nope, thanks for checking everything out for me.     “The technition, sean, showed up on time, was very helpful and verified that the part of the dishwasher was in fact, bad and covered under Bosch's warranty. He had to order the part and return to install it. When he returned, we had a disagreement over an invoice we had received prior. It turned out to be an an erroneous invoice and Sean took care of it to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company for appliance repair.”
