The operator asked great questions to ensure the on-site tech would have the required parts. The next morning the tech who arrived (Hiram) was able to both fix the problem and explain why we were having issues. He was knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. Highly recommend”

“My oven heating coil “died”. Mr Appliance was here in a day. Hiram was great explaining the problem and said the oven needed a new part. The part was ordered and Hiram was here a day after it arrived to install. This all took four business days. Amazing I highly recommend Mr Appliance”

“Shout out to Derek who rebuilt my powerhouse Viking grill piece by piece; he was awesome. Not only was he interesting to talk to (yes, I was probably a bit distracting) he was genuinely committed to making sure everything worked to perfection. I have had other service repair men not be able to fit it as if were new but Derek nailed it! Thank you, Derek's manager for deploying him to my house. Make sure you take care of your top talent!
