    “I contacted Mr. Appliance of Louisville to repair my Whirlpool refrigerator. The website made it very easy to request an appointment date and time (the verified appointment time was confirmed the day before). Drew, the technician, was right on time and quick to troubleshoot the issue. He mentioned a couple items that might have been failing on the fridge, so he wanted to start with the least expensive fix. Thankfully, it was just the capacitor that needed replacement. Drew explained everything about the repair and how the failing piece was preventing the compressor from running. I appreciated his professionalism and transparency. I will absolutely be using Mr. Appliance of Louisville for future repair needs. Highly recommended!”
