“Alex Kirby was wonderful! He called me with an earlier time and was kind enough to explain to me in detail what the issue was with my dishwasher. I wasn’t able to be home and my brother was on a call so we spoke via telephone. After speaking with him we agreed that having the appliance repaired would be the equivalent to getting a new appliance. Life span 8 years for an GE dishwasher, which sucks. Thought GE was way more reliable. Anyway he offered me assistance with getting a new one and even turned off the water under the sink just in case the dishwasher was turned on accidentally. So appreciated his professionalism and thoughtfulness. Thank you Alex.”
