    “My technician Jim was knowledgeable, dedicated, and very friendly/personable. He had to come back a few times because I had a flaky dishwasher pump, so it took a few tries to pin point the issue since it worked when he was here. Jim was just as pleasant and thorough every visit. It was nice that the original dispatch fee was applied to my repair cost and that there were no additional labor charges each time he returned. My dog was excited to see him by the last visit. Thanks so much Jim!”

    “Ashley did a good job diagnosing the problem with our refrigerator unfortunately since it was made by LG, the cost for a new compressor was more than buying a new refrigerator. I called 3 other appliance repair companies and Mr. Appliance is the only one that works on LG appliances so I will never buy any LG appliances in the future.”

    “Umm...they were great overall! Customer service rep was super nice...and offered for their tech to show up early! When the tech showed up...he was super fast at figuring out what all was the problem. He was ready and had the part with him in the truck. The.price was fair...paying for part labor and convenience...we'll worth it! Quick replacement and cleaned the area. Super friendly tech....named Bo! Very hospitable and polite. Yeah I would work with them again!”

    “Mr Appliance came, moved my refrigerator examined the compressor and told me that one piece was not functioning, but it can be ordered and when it is delivered, he would come and install it, and my almost 19 years fridge will work again. He also told me that all that needed to be done would cost $509. I figured that the cost of the repair was 1/3 of I would have to pay to get a new fridge. Five days later, he called me to make sure that I would be at home, he came moved the fridge and install the new part, and my fridge woke up and it's be cooling like new.”
