Amazing service. Logan was so accommodating to a very tight schedule to repair my daughter’s machine while I was in town. Calvin came on time with a smile, diagnosed and repaired the next morning at 9am – so I could make a 12 lunch across town. I was early. Great work guys! Highly recommend.

Great experience with Mr Appliance of Hurst-Euless-Bedford. Marco was attentive to my concerns. He explained in detail the problem discovered with my washing machine. I was given options as which way I could go with repairs. The company followed up with a phone call to explain again the issues with the washing machine. Great customer service. Our stove ignitor went out a few months ago. They repaired it, and it was working great, but a few days ago my stove wasn't clicking on, so I called them. We were past the 10-day warranty window. Max and Lee Allen, Owners, honored the 90-day window even though it had passed. They sent out a tech and checked it out. Looks like humidity was the problem. 100% will use again! Highly recommend them.
