The Mr . Appliance service technician, Jay was fantastic! He was very competent, professional and mannerly. His attention to detail was impressive. The repair of my Kitchener Aid dishwasher completed after a part was ordered . He tested his repair to see that the dishwasher was functioning well. I would certainly have Jay return for future repairs .

Both times the workers were fast and skilled at what they did. One came for my oven and this time it was for my washer. Both times they needed to order parts so they came back once the parts were delivered to my address. I called another appliance repair company (Big Name) and after they canceled the third day and rescheduled 2 days out I canceled on them and called Mr. Appliance, which I should have done in the first place.
