“We've had Mr. Appliance come out for two appliances in the last year - one time to replace the ice maker in an otherwise fully functioning refrigerator, and most recently to diagnose/repair a dishwasher. The dishwasher required two visits replacing two different parts, but the response was quick and it works great again. Both times the techs that came out were very friendly and professional. Would definitely call on them again if the need arises!”

“The service I received was beyond excellent . Patrick and Kevin are wonderful. Patrick kept in touch with me through the process letting me know who was going to be helping me and following up with his schedule and making sure he arrive. Kevin, my technician went above and beyond to repair my grill. He was very nice and polite and made sure I understood what was wrong and what he was doing to repair it.
