    “Mr. Appliance has always provided good service, which is important when you're a landlord dealing with rental property issues. My recent experience with a stove malfunction at my townhome highlights why I continue to use them. My tenant had a kitchen emergency, and Paul, the owner, was able to work with her schedule. The initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to some electrical issues (because, well, things happen). But when we were ready to reschedule, Paul was accommodating. He arrived after hours, called me promptly to let me know he was on his way, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Within 30 minutes, he’d identified the issue, explained it clearly, and provided a cost estimate. He ordered the part, returned the next day, and the installation was pretty quick – about 20 minutes. Efficient, responsive service is definitely valuable, and I recommend this Mr. Appliance location to other landlords or homeowners.”
