Not only was he on time and friendly, but when he saw there was a problem with the replacement part he had brought, he explained what was going on and ordered a new part and just one day later, installed it. Many people would have just put the bad part in and said nothing, that is not how Mr. Appliance does business. I don't know about you, but to me, honesty is huge. You want to be able to trust that your appliance is being repaired quickly and correctly. Mr. Appliance is that company. This is a company you can trust.”

“My issue was identified quickly (appointment made for next day) with options for moving forward that included the cost for a part to repair my washer or buying new. I opted for repairing that was done with 24 hours. The technician was courteous and kind who worked hard to provide options with outcomes without pressure. I very good experience. I will use again should the situation present itself.”

“Fredrick was awesome! We had an unwanted visitor in our Viking range (mouse), and I accidentally disconnected a wire while I was deep cleaning and sanitizing. I had driven myself insane trying to find where the wire went the night before, and it Fredrick fixed it in like 12 seconds! He opened up the back and cleaned it all out and checked all the wires to make sure nothing was chewed. Thankfully we caught it early, and no harm was done. It was a same day appointment, which I CANNOT even explain how grateful I was for. 10/10 recommend!”
