I am very pleased with the professionalism and the work done by Mr Appliance on an issue with my Electrolux ventless dryer. The confirmation emails included a photo of the assigned service provider, which is a really nice security feature. I also received a call ahead of my appointment window to give me a precise time of arrival! My dryer required 3 visits and two technicians to repair, but both Larry and Bryan were prompt, courteous, and got the dryer fixed-- at a fair price, too. I am very pleased and definitely recommend Mr. Appliance and would definitely use again if needed. Fingers crossed that I won't ;)
