“Our Samsung refrigerator ice maker stopped making ice. I called our local Mr. Appliance and scheduled a repair tech to come out the next day. The tech called to advise that he could arrive early. After testing the unit, he advised that an internal part was broken and that the unit would have to be replaced. Two days later, he returned with the new unit and installed and tested it in a matter of minutes. Thanks Mr. Appliance for timely repair at a reasonable price.”

We’ve used them twice and both times they have gone above and beyond to address the issues we had with separate appliances (a stove and then a dryer). The dryer issue could have caused significant damage to our home, and they presented three options for repair and maintenance to ensure that no matter which option we chose, the primary problem was corrected. 10/10 would recommend and will be using them for any future needs.”

“The service representative came out the day my husband called and diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator, told us what it needed and what that part’s function was, that was on Friday he ordered the part that day and Monday let us know the part was in and we scheduled an appointment to have it installed and it’s working perfectly now. Very good service.”
