“Both technicians were very professional. They arrived on time and accurately diagnosed the problem. Tim performed the component replacement and was very efficient and professional. Paying a $16 processing fee to pay for services with a card was the only negative part of the experience.”

“Excellent service! I spoke with Amy and Britney in the office on a couple of occasions. Both were professional, polite, and friendly and answered all of my questions. Then, Alex came out to my home and repaired my refrigerator. He took great care to not damage anything in my home and tested my product to make sure it was working properly. The repair comes with a one year warranty on the parts and labor, too. I’m highly satisfied with my service and would recommend them to anyone!”

“Had a dishwasher on the fritz, it kept leaking water every time I would run it. I called spoke to one of the kindest and most understanding reps over the phone. They sent a technician out asap and I was even notified 30 minutes before the technicians arrived to my house. The technician was very friendly and had my dishwasher running in a jiffy. I Highly recommend Mr.Appliance if you have any issues. Thank you so much!!!”
