Often times you call repair services and the customer service is mediocre at best, don't call you back, etc. This group was all over it, even when they got a bad part they kept in touch and offered to pay for overnight shipping of the Replacement part. To me that says it all. Mark was terrific, knew exactly what he was doing (and strong enough to lift a dryer off the floor onto its stand). It all was a seamless experience for us.”
