    “Inquiring call was answered promptly and politely. After finalizing cost of repair, we agreed on appointment date and time. Appointment was followed up and technician arrived as scheduled. He was neatly dressed in a uniform and kept me informed as to the steps he was doing.Work area was kept clean as he replaced a faulty compressor.
