    “The technician arrived on time, friendly, and as he started the task I trusted right away that he knew what he was doing. My appliances, Frigidaire, are 20 years old and we’ve never had a problem with any until now. Of course, the only “fancy“ add-ons was water and ice at the door. Our tech dove into the problem and discovered the broken part immediately and was still able to order the needed part. When he was able to get the part, it was just a matter of a 20 minute visit to fix my refrigerator door. A person scheduling was a jewel trying to accommodate my summer schedule. She bent over backwards to do so, and I asked her where to send her Christmas present to. Mr. Appliance had top service from beginning to end.”

The only detail I didn't like was that even though you specify a morning or afternoon appointment, it really comes down to what works for their route.”
