Richard was amazing! came out to the house twice. Once to diagnose my dryer problem and a few days later to do the repair work. He was very professional and kept me in the loop as to what he thought the problem might be and what he was doing to correct the issue. He fixed the issue in a timely manner. I will use Mr Appliance for all of my appliance needs moving forward and will definitely be requesting Richard. My suggestion is if you need appliance work you do the same.

Chad arrived on time, quickly diagnosed that the unit couldn’t be repaired due to parts no longer being available from the manufacturer, and walked me through the situation clearly. I have been having an issue with severe temperature fluctuations in my garage freezer for several months. Mr. Appliance is the third company I have called because the previous two said it was working properly when clearly it wasn’t. Scheduling an appointment was very easy, they update you about the arrival time of the technician and follow up after the appointment. Michael was professional and diagnosed that the seal around my freezer door had failed. The part was in within two days and Michael installed it on Friday. Am hoping this solves my problem.
