It's about 9 years old and for us it made sense to just get a new one. Some may try to fix theirs, but with circuit boards and compressors involved, a new one is more likely to be a good use of our funds. Pete gave us just what we needed to make our decision. I thanked them and hung up to find another company. Within minutes I received a call from the office saying they had moved some things around and could get me in the next day after all. This was very much appreciated. I then received a text with a picture of the technician that would be doing the work and the time was confirmed. Nick arrived on time the following day, was very professional and polite and fixed our refrigerator. Excellent service.”
