“Just got my dryer fixed yesterday. It was easy to get service scheduled and then the communication was exceptional on not only who would be coming but even a picture with any updates on any issues. “Outstanding service! When the initial repair to our washer did not solve the issue the owner of the franchise came out with his technician. The two of them spent 2 hours working on the machine. When all was done the machine functioned as it should with no additional cost. The owner stated "..... I promised you we would fix it and that's what we do....." A service company with integrity, a rarity these days.”

(My experience in the past has been staying home to wait on a serviceman who never calls because he’s running late or even show up). The charge for repairs was very reasonable.
