“Technician Byron was excellent and very knowledgeable! He’s a keeper! He helped me resolve my problems. Sadly though setting up the appointment was confusing and it was set up for the wrong time TWICE requiring multiple phone calls to get it corrected. Even with this “appointment confusion” I would recommend this company.”

“please don't use this company. they don't disclose the diagnostic $ if they can't fix the appliance. Really nice guy was here for 10 minutes to see the board is fried and unable to be replaced. Charged $173. 😅😡”
