“I recently had the pleasure of overseeing technician David Riddle’s visit out to my dad & stepmom’s home for a repair of their ice machine. David was incredibly thorough with his assessment of the challenges their ice machine was experiencing. He walked me through all the tests he was doing, making sure I understood all the steps he was taking. “The technician that arrived this morning was absolutely awesome. Mr Mwamba, was quiet spoken, professional and all business. He came in and went straight to work. Mr Mwamba, evaluated our problem, finding that the freezer we were concerned about was in proper working order. Through his check he determined the problem was with the plug not the equipment. He recommended a viable solution, completed his paperwork and departed. Total time, just 22 minutes start to finish. If you train all your people this way, I know, I will contact you again the future for any similar reasons. Many thanks to Mr Mwamba and your company.”
