“Front loading LG Washer leaking from bottom. Contacted another company and the scheduling was a nightmare and delayed repair by a week. Mr Appliance had a very quick response time, and they identified the problem fairly quickly as being the water intake unit. I have nothing to compare the cost of the repair to, just know it was less than new washer. They tested other components to make sure they weren't ready to go. Professional and pleasant. Year warranty on part they replaced.”

The technician arrived perfectly on time. Got to work, found the problem, had all the parts needed on his truck, and fixed it right there.
