    “We called Mr. Appliance because we needed help with a botched dryer installation. Our appliance was in working order, so I wasn't sure if they would be able to help. But they sent out a tech/repair person, and they got the job done! I was so thankful that they were willing to help us. They were courteous and kind when I was explaining the odd situation on the phone and they were direct about their pricing and capabilities. I will definitely keep their number on-hand for any issues we have in the future, and I would recommend giving them a call if you have an appliance issue!”

Not only was he on time and friendly, but when he saw there was a problem with the replacement part he had brought, he explained what was going on and ordered a new part and just one day later, installed it. Many people would have just put the bad part in and said nothing, that is not how Mr. Appliance does business. I don't know about you, but to me, honesty is huge. You want to be able to trust that your appliance is being repaired quickly and correctly. Mr. Appliance is that company. This is a company you can trust.”
