  • “After many problems with another repair company, Mr. Appliance was hired to start again on my warranty claim. I was called the day after Mr. Appliance was hired to confirm the date, and was given a 2 hour window (most places give you a 4 hour window). Then they emailed me with the name and picture of the repairman. George showed up at the beginning of the time given to us, diagnosed the problem, and contacted HD while at our house to talk to them (per their protocol). Professional all the way! He let us know that same day what the next step would be. And just two days later Mr. Appliance called to tell us that HD would replace our unfixable dishwasher. Great communication!”

Shortly thereafter, I received a call from the technician saying he was on his way and he arrived at 8. Everyone was wonderful to deal with.
