  • “I think Jonathan was his name. Anyway, he had to take apart the oven top area to locate the parts that were causing the sound from the cooling fan. Like all your people he was more than courteous, but his general knowledge and ability to figure things out was inspiring. And he made it clear he was going to fix everything. He did an excellent job and reset all the pieces above the over together , I think found a missing screw here or there and repaired everything. It was also helped by the fact I knew how to reprogram the oven since he had me cut the power several times. A job well done! He was also able to pull the oven out himself onto the oven dolley, Greg, what do you give these guys at lunch?”
