My technician was very knowledgeable and fixed my oven in about 20 minutes. For being a young guy I was very impressed.
We had our Dryer stop working this past week and had called Sears repair to come and fix it. They failed to show or call the first time and called to say they couldn’t make it the second time, when asked if I want to reschedule I said no! We found Mr. Appliance and set up an appointment for today, Jared showed up early and had our washer fixed in no time. I will be recommending this company to anyone who needs appliance repairs as well as using the again if we need them. Oh and let’s not forget that they give a one year warranty on parts and labor too

Our technician was friendly and professional. He explained our appliance issues thoroughly. When he was finished and on his way out, he took the time to explain to my son with autism what he did and what the issue was. I appreciated that.

Lance from Mr. Appliance was professional and timely; repairs were made to my mom's dishwasher very quickly, and it works like brand new again!!!!
