At my first appointment, my oven issue was quickly diagnosed. At the second, the tech returned right on time with the part that was ordered, and proceeded to install it, and check that all was working and in good order. He was kind enough to give me a few minutes to clean behind my range while it was pulled out from the wall. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The service performed was very good he was very knowledgeable about the dishwasher and very forthcoming with what was wrong with our unit. Well worth the expense to find out what it was on an older unit but it still has a lot of good years ahead of it.

The technician was timely and able to make the repair to my refrigerator in one visit. He was very friendly and clearly explained the problem and the repair. It cost me a bit more than I expected, but I was thrilled to get the job done so quickly.
