If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! From the very first phone call, Heather was an absolute rockstar. Scheduling was easy, she kept me updated on the parts, answered all my questions with the patience of a saint, and somehow made dealing with appliance repairs feel painless. Then Jonathan showed up, and I honestly think he missed his calling as a stand-up comedian… thankfully for me, he’s an incredible appliance technician instead! 😂 He has an awesome personality, is friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel like I needed an engineering degree. The whole experience was smooth from beginning to end. Great communication, great service, and even better people. It’s refreshing to find a company that still treats customers this well. Just had a tech from Mr. Appliance out last week to fix an issue with our dryer. It was easy to schedule, the tech was kind & professional, and the turnaround was very quick! I called on a Tues, the tech came out on Thursday and was finished in under an hour. We also had a small issue after he left and he came back the same day I called to report it and fixed it quickly and for free and went on his way.

French Fridge Handle was coming off hinges. Mr Appliance tech came in saw all it needed was new clips/hinges, changed it out and charged for labor. Was done within mins and fridge handle was strong and sturdy again! No upselling and no unnecessary material charge .I would definitely highly recommend

We had a 5 year old maytag washer that during the spin cycle it would shake violently. Shelbie was the technician he was prompt and verified what the issue was, explained to us the fix needed to resolve the issue. Parts were ordered a few days later Shelbie came back out replaced the suspension rods. Tested the washer a few clothes in the washer. Washer ran fine no issue was detected. We are very pleased with the result and the cost was reasonable.
