1st, my technician arrived on time. He was very nice & I have to say he was very diligent. He didn’t stop until he found the leak in my washer & was able to show it to me. No guess work involved. He also fixed the gasket on my dryer door. I’m very pleased with the service I received.

I've used this company twice now, and they are very thorough in fixing everything. They keep us informed at every step to ensure we're satisfied with their services!

We have been having trouble with our Bosch dishwasher. We called Mr. Appliance and after interacting with the sweetest person, Brittany, we were scheduled within a couple of days. Their professionalism was amazing: a follow up call the next day with the schedule and the costs, a text with a picture of the technician, Rodquell ( Rod), and a reminder call with confirmation of our two hour window. Rod was amazing… approachable, knowledgeable, and resourceful. He was stumped by our problem. He ran down each possibility to no avail. He made TWO phone calls to colleagues that he respected to see if they had other ideas for him to try. He stayed extra time for “one more rinse” to see if it might reveal something. We will try an idea from one colleague and Rod will check on it when he returns for our stove. You could tell he genuinely cares! Another wonderful thing about this company… it charges you a diagnostic fee for coming out ( like most companies). What’s different is that they rebate that from the cost of repairs if you go forward. Rod will be back to fix our stove. We are grateful. We have saved Mr. Appliance of Rock Hill to our contacts. We know they will be our “go to” for appliance repairs.

The Home Warranty repair tech was going to take over a week just to come look at our dishwasher (what a scam!). I booked a service call online with Mr Appliance and they showed up the next day. Not only did Kyle have an amazing beard, he quickly fixed the issue and showed us how to use the dishwasher (it's a new house for us) and replaced a bad electrical cable. 10/10 would recommend!

Such a long story. Short version – icemaker on Kitchen Aide stopped working. Called a company – didn’t like them. Guy said it was water valve. Couldn’t speak English. Called another company. Guy couldn’t barely speak English and said bad ice maker – not water valve. Came back and put in a cheap aftermarket part that leaked water badly damaging our hardwood floors. Called Mr Appliance. Micah is phenomenal. Quickly noticed part was not legit. Ended up coming back 5 more times. Super complicated problem but he never gave up and finally diagnosed it. Finally have ice. Through all of the visits Mr Appliance did “the right thing” with various parts and visits. Extremely professional, communicative and efficient. Great company to repair your appliances. Highly recommend.

Fixed the problem, explained cost, neat, respectful and fixed another small problem we had and didn’t mention on call. Obviously charged for it but avoided another service call.
